I am seeing Your Device is Not Reachable message
If you have multiple NAS devices then you may want to ensure that you are accessing the right NAS from your mobile app running on Android or iOS. If one of the devices is not reachable then QuikFynd mobile application will show "Device is Not Reachable" message.
1. Check if you have Multiple Devices
In case of multiple devices, you will notice a drop-down arrow next to your device name on QuikFynd dashboard
2. Select Your Device
You may select the device you want from the list. If your selected device is reachable, you should be able to see your data.
